Place scroll bar #44

The names of places are showing up over "about" and when trying to scroll over disappear before you can get there (in Firefox)

I'm glad someone noticed! I half-finished adding sub-menus (see https://github.com/jywarren/plots/issues/36) a week ago and finished it off today.
