Perhaps a more descriptive title for "Code Progress" block #48

It's pretty neat having a commit log for a website directly ON the website but the title might cause confusion as to "What code?" Particularly on a Tool's page, it might be mistaken as "Tool's Code Progress".

For stuff like this, you're an admin, right? If you want to go in and change this to something more relevant, go ahead. Actually Code Progress aggregates RSS feeds for all PLOTS github projects. But perhaps we could break it up by tool. It was just a quick way to get some of hte code development progress showing up for non-technical users, to whom this is all invisible otherwise.
