When previewing in a narrow window there is no close preview button. #210

When previewing a new research note in a narrow window (size less than ~700px) the preview button does not change to say "Previewing (click to edit)"

Thanks! does it still toggle the preview, though? just checking.

Should it just change to "Edit"?

It now changes to "Edit" in small mode -- i'm going to bump this to the new repository tracker: publiclab/plots2#77
