color codes required #8

in the sttools.py, the Comma seperate list for the different gene colors is required for all the steps even though it should only be necessary for step V1. Can I just change this by setting required to FALSE? Thanks for the great program!

Could you let me know where you are requesting this feature from? We would like to keep track of the source of communication clearly until our method becomes published.

Thank you! We will work on the fix. I believe that changing required=False yourself should be a workaround for you in the meantime.
