Duplicate detection failure for names with extra spaces #8

For internship entries, the system failed to recognize that POCs with "Jane Doe" and "Jane Doe" might be the same individual even though both entries had identical parameters. This issue should prompt a warning about potential duplicates to ensure data accuracy, but currently, it does not.

Rationale: severity.Low - This lack of duplicate detection may inconvenience users but only in special situations. Moreover, it does not render the app unusable.
