Create a scoring function for conflicts

Different kinds of conflicts should have different scoring functions. A few example considerations

• only part of hte meeting conflicts with someone's calendar, and it's a small part
• weight grows for essential members, shrinks for non-essential. Example - first 5 minutes conflict for a "viewer" doesn't matter too much
