While here, change from deprecated serde_yaml to serde_yaml_ng

Thanks for the contribution. I am not quite sure of the state of serde_yaml_ng, but it seems legit and I guess I could always revert later.

@jzbor I'm just a package maintainer and keeping things up-to-date on software I'm using is the least I can do. Don't expect new features though, I'm not there yet 🤣

Currently, the following options are available: serde_yaml_ng serde_yaml_ok serde_yml

Have a look and pick the one you find best suited. I went by recent commits/maintained. And, as you said, it can be changed.
