Active PVP #1

Active PVP would be a nice addition to the class, right now I have some
very bad code in there that doesn't work properly and crashes PShaman half
the time. I would love to take a stab at it but my programming skill isn't
up to Par I'll let one of you guys take a stab at it.

Fixed in 2.0.10.

Would be nice to have a better implementation.
