Add appveyor #9

Added the file but still not integrated with AppVeyor since the repo must be public. Lets wait for a more stable and complete version and then do it.

Having issues running in appveyor. Will do some test in my windows VM.

@luisgoncalves the string interpolation is supported on osx but, not supported on windows (tested on my windows VM).

They had a -Experimental switch to enable roslyn.. But I thought roslyn was the default already..

I will create a new issue for we to try the experimental parameter.
