missing classes with some imports

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to generate files using attached wsdl file (with local imports)
2. Add the generated files to xcode project and compile
3. You will compile errors on IDREFS

What is the expected output?
Clean compiled code 

What do you see instead?
Compilation errors of missing IDREFS

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

wsdl2objc 0.7
