Hello,

In the README you state

The Jax version of the code will be published soon.

Is there any update or timeline regarding this Jax release? Thanks!

Hello BioGeek,

Thank you for your interest in our model.

I have Jax version of ddsm and we know it is faster than pytorch. However, since publication I did not have time to perform evaluation on similar datasets as we did for Pytorch version (as in the paper). That's the reason why we did not release it yet. Give me 1-2 weeks from today and I will try to push the core code, which I have, into separate repo with some examples. It will be not all of examples as in the paper.
