When target file contains a non-matching filename, no warning #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change a filename in k150 (e.g. remove an extension)
2. run as usual (k150, tt mode)
3. the label for that line is 0 (due to non-found file in system)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect:  At least an error indicating that something is wrong with the target 
file.
See:  A reduced recognition rate without any warning.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Anthony B.  was testing on the cluster, and reported this problem because he 
accidentally changed an extension of a k150 test file.
