improve usability based on paper reviewer's comments #59

Some feedback:

1. For default algorithm setting, e.g. k1502D and no feature extraction, 
selection, then SVM, the process is slow.  Need to change the default to a 
faster option (e.g. Hu Moments),  or add a feature selector.

2. It will be a good idea to publish some candidate chains on website, and/or 
make them default in multi-comparison. Or add a menu item to load some 
effective chains for user to start with.

A reviewer also suggested to add the tagging tool -- come up with the target 
file for the end usr.

Start with #2,  we will add a button? to load a default chain file which will 
be in resource folder of the release. Assigned to Eric.

We will need 2 chain files, one for 2D, one for 3D.  Depending on the image 
dimension, the default will be different.

2 chains files are now in the resources/ and a button is added called "default 
chains".
