Would be cool to generate some syntax highlighting files for web

Probably needs https://github.com/jzimmerman/langcc/issues/9 first to identify what is what

This is on the roadmap (though I had initially thought of syntax highlighting in IDEs, rather than on the web). However, assigning lower priority for now, as I want to make sure people can get the basic functionality running successfully.
