Support native Tasmota discovery #255

I am new to tdm (great project, thanks!) but was very surprised I had to set "Autodiscovery patterns". I expected tdm to just use the tasmota/discovery MQTT topic for that purpose .

Thanks. TDM was created before autodiscovery. As of now it uses a custom discovery algorithm. Native autodiscovery is in the works.
