The current license has several issues:
For 1., I replaced "Learning Using Texts (LUTE)" by "This" (as in the original license), any modification to the license should be appended or prepended, otherwise the license won't be recognized.
For 2., I updated the license with the standard Markdown version from https://choosealicense.com/licenses/unlicense/.
It should be enough fixes, tell me if you need any more information.
