SPEX 3.07.01 seems to be unavailable #60

If I set the SOXS config as follows

from soxs.utils import soxs_cfg
soxs_cfg.set("soxs", "spex_vers", "3.07.01")  # still unavailable now

there will be an error

File 'spex_v3.07.01_coco.fits' is not in the registry.

It seems that SPEX 3.07.01 is unavailable now. Just wanna know when can we use SPEX 3.07.01. Many thanks!
