Temperature calibration #30

Only calibrating for stream temperature and with only temp observations. Calibrating ss_tau, gw_tau, albedo, melt_temp

Calibrated on Denali from 1980-10-01 to 2004-10-01, with all equal weights (all weights set to 1). Only calibrating for 42 segment subbasin that Xiaowei used in his PGRGN paper. Reduced temp RMSE from 3.64 to 3.56 C.

Calibrating ss_tau, gw_tau, albedo, melt_temp, lat_temp_adj reduced temp RMSE to 3.18 C.

Definitely better, though I sorta figured calibration would get us at least into the 2 C range...

Idea: try weighting the observations based on the number of observations / segment
