Default website improvement #9

This pull request wants to revamp the static website from a simple splash screen to a common base that can be used to develop and create something more.

In this step the plain html previously used has been substituted with a static website generator: Jigsaw. The current output is still a single path splash screen, but can be used to create a bigger site with some content.
