Regular polygons from dot-shapes #13

Following from the regular polygons, I am doing something similar but I'm replacing the polygons with gauss functions at each vertex. Any thoughts on that? (the tiny dot below the main image is the FT, I obviously have some scaling to do)

I have worked further on this, any thoughts? gauss_ngons_periodic_fft gauss_ngons_periodic

And the corresponding wiki page https://github.com/k-eks/ThePictureBookOfFourierTransforms/wiki/Regularly-Arranged-Gauss-Functions suggestions for additions?
