API *looks* like it returns duplicate results #45

When searching with an OR operator, it looks like the API returns multiple instances of the same result.

Heya.. Can you paste in an offending qry here pls? Will make it easier to investigate.

I have run numerous sample queries, and have not seen any duplicate records yet so in lieu of an example query I will close for now
