Special/Diacritic characters not displaying correctly on gokb.kuali.org and test-gokb.kuali.org #401

Same characters work fine on gokb.k-int.com so guess could be Tomcat config or similar.

E.g. see following title with Hebrew characters: On K-Int display fine https://gokb.k-int.com/gokb/resource/show/org.gokb.cred.TitleInstance%3A67233 On GOKb Test (pasted in same string as on K-Int) chars don't display correctly http://test-gokb.kuali.org/gokb/resource/show/org.gokb.cred.TitleInstance%3A64847

Similarly on GOKb Live have similar issues: https://gokb.kuali.org/gokb/resource/show/org.gokb.cred.TitleInstance%3A64847

Do we know if entering diacritics into the edit forms saves and displays correctly, and it's only broken on ingested materials, or is unicode support generally busted?

Answered my own question - input of utf8 busted :/

Server missing URIEncoding. Added. Needs restart - close to USA start of play so will do first thing tuesday.

Database connect strings also needed modify - & amp; should be & in ~/.grails/xxx-config.groovy
