Package name creation is not working #429

It is now allowing me to add in a new provider.

The package name creation is not working for me at all now. When I try to create a new package name it times out before it takes me to the new package window.

I just went into this package again in Refine and the package names I created 30 minutes ago now exist when I search for them, even though they did not go through the package name creation process.
