For the Brepols: Journals: 20161222 package, I removed 3 titlesfrom the package in Refine: Almagest Analecta Bollandiana Annali di Scienze Religiose

This should have generated the review task "This TIPP was not present when ingesting a package update. Please check to see if it should be deleted."

However, no review tasks were generated for the entire package.
