Directory name clash #5

I try not to use Windows, but some people do. Why would you want to have two directories named: j2cps J2CPS

differing only in case???? Windows people can't use this, and it's even confusing to Linux people (me). I suggest something like:

j2cps.old j2cps.new

etc.

Thanks for the heads up. The content of the J2CPS directory in the github source tree is identical to the content of $JROOT/sources/j2cps. My ant script for creating the distribution caused the renaming. I will fix it by renaming one or the other.
