Selecting a layer no longer flashes that layer's contents. #111

The selected layer's contents no longer flash when switching between layers as 
they did in previous versions. Is this a bug, or was the feature removed?

This feature was removed because was giving us some problems. We should add it 
in some other way. (Maybe optional)
