Small variations when saving and loading a Palette. #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a palette.
2. Save it.
3. Load it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  When I save a color RGB 42 84 126 it loads 40 85 125.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  0.9.2-win32

Please provide any additional information below.
  Works with all formats for palette saving.

For the developer: It's because we're using Allegro library to load/save 
palettes. We can use the same documents file API to load/save palettes.

The fix is planned for v0.9.4.
