What do you need to do?

Be able to drag pictures from browser into ASEPRITE window to open.

How would you like to do it?

As easily as possible

It might be possible to do this in the current file dropping handler code.  I'm 
not an expert on Win32, but I'm pretty sure it handles both cases more or less 
in the same way.
