Paste at original position #57

What do you need to do?
It seem strange to me, that a copied or cut selection is not pasted at its
orgiginal position. If I just want for example move the selected part to another
layer, I always must reposition it to its original position.

How would you like to do it?
I can think of three solutions for this problem
1. make paste at original position the default behavior
2. add an option in edit to paste at original position
3. add a duplicate command, means your selection gets copied and pasted at the
original position, but stays in the paste mode where you can still move, turn,
place it...

This is already implemented in 0.9.1, but anyway I think there is a bug when
the cel is not in (0,0) position. Something to check later.
