High memory usage #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I believe I should see a lower memory usage while using a program, but it 
reports above 100.~ % on one of my core for iMac.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ASEPRITE v.0.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, do you mean 100% memory or CPU?

If it is 100% CPU, I'll merge this one with issue #47:

Yes, even smaller screen or full screen.
I tested it in both cases as follows.
- Close all others apps, and mainly focus on aseprite, the cpu usage still 100%.
- Open several apps (including Chrome, XCode, Text editor (KOD), Calendar), 
still 100%

I captured the screenshots for cpu usage from Activity Monitor attached in this 
comment.
