Ability to select and manipulate multiple items simultaneously #97

I need to be able to copy, move and edit multiple layers, frames and cells at 
the same time. For instance, to easily change the duration of a group of frames.

I would like to be able to use shift-select to select a range starting from the 
previously selected item, and I would like to be able to use ctrl-select to 
select multiple individual items.

We can copy/move multiple layers/frames/cels, and change the duration of a 
range of cels. Anyway you cannot select individual items with Ctrl key yet.
