As a caregiver, I want search and filter postings, so that I can find specific posts that I fit the criteria for.
Scenario 1
Given a caregiver;
When they are looking for a specific post;
Then they can search for the post by using the name of the user who created the post.
Scenario 2
When they are looking to provide a specific type of care;
Then they care filter the posts to only show the posts that match the care they want to provide.
