Export Log Cache did not export to the expected path #621

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. TortoiseSVN -> Settings -> Cached Repositories -> Export
2. Switch directory to D:\abc
3. Enter the prefix def

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: D:\abc\def.*.csv are generated.
Actual: Not generated under D:\abc, in fact generated in under %TEMP%
