I have followed instructions and replaced kitty.png at /usr/lib/kitty/logo. After rebooting, I have the same old logo.

Kernel: 6.1.85-1-MANJARO DE: GNOME 45.4

I'm not familiar with this configuration. However, Kitty has official support for loading the icon from the kitty configuration folder these days, see https://sw.kovidgoyal.net/kitty/faq/#i-do-not-like-the-kitty-icon
