Docs changes and new Default Password #5

What's this PR for?

This PR fixes ToC indentation, add sysprops info for db and logging, adds violation reporting and adds a new Default login credential. TODO: Refactor the default credentials into a separate file. And make it so it can be specified through cli option.

What to emphasize on when reviewing?

Code sanity and doc indentations.

Added admin/admin99.
Added violation reporting.
Fixed Readme ToC indentation.
Added System Props info for db and logging.
