New Issue List because whats here now is confusing as fuck #20

Can whoever is using this plugin make Issues a little more clear this time?

One issue per bug. Be as detailed as to what the bug is, why it is a bug, and what the intended feature/usage/behavior is. Example mobs/configs help. Preferably make one issue, and when that one is solved, make a new one. This way devs are not overloaded.
