WIP: Update to influxdb2 and influxdb_client library #20

Hi !

Thanks for the PR, upgrading to Influx 2.x isn't a bad idea.

At a glance, this means changes in the code (using the newer python client which has a different system), as well as changes in Grafana (the request's syntax). I'm not familiar with the Flux query language, but I can help on the code part. How would you like to proceed ?

I'll also see if I can enable the tests in the CI without my approval each time.
