Slow scrolling in any repositories readme section's top most portion is not working properly #2796

FastHub Version: 4.6.7
Android Version: 8.1.0 (SDK: 27)
Device Information:

For any repository, in the 'read me' section, while trying to scroll down slowly, the scroll isn't working & instead of scrolling down, it shows the top of the section again !

In the meanwhile the fast scrolling works fine. It scrolls down to the entire section smoothly
