Duplicate issues - Githubissues

When scrolling through WebAssembly/spec's list of closed issues, I see that many are duplicated. For instance, issue 996 (and others) are displayed three times (not adjacent to each other), even on the initial display of the list. One has to scroll and update the incomplete list to see the duplicates.

Am not certain that this issue is new, but I didn't notice it before the most recent two releases (now on FastHub 4.7.2).

@dubiousjim did you sort the issues by last updated?

Issue appears both with and without that sorting, but it may affect which issues are duplicated. I see issue 1052 on that repository multiple times, not adjacent to each other, when sorting by most recently updated. Many others too, I'm just picking one salient example. It doesn't look like all issues are duplicated.

Issue also present in 4.7.3, which I just noticed in my update queue.
