Add New Feature to categorize repos

I want to categorize my starred and forked repositories based on their language and use so i can use them later while developing a project.

JUST LIKE THE YOUTUBE PLAYLISTS

Describe the solution you'd like just liked pinned repos there should be option to tag repos in categories so we can find easily

Describe alternatives you've considered Tag them or create folders for them as their use and language and techs used
