Refresh threads when scrolling down

It seems to me that issue threads can only be manually refreshed via pull to refresh. Since new content appears at the bottom, this is a little bit awkward in my opinion. In long threads one has to scroll up, trigger refresh and then scroll all the way down again to see if something new has been loaded. I think an infinite scroll-like approach might be more appropriate. The same counts for pull request threads, I guess.

This issue came to my attention because I received a lot of E-Mail notifications for a specific thread. I repeatedly had to return to FastHub and refresh.

for anything else than issue, clicking on tab will take u up to first post immediately, however this doesn't apply for issues because there is no tap, I'll try and add jump up button :)
