should probably point to: #spec-fields

There are actually several places where links have /main/ instead of /stable/

idk if it should be reported here but: https://docs.k0sproject.io/stable/k0sctl-install/ has link that also doesn't point anywhere: https://github.com/k0sproject/k0sctl#configuration-file-spec-fields
