Pr explain usage of terraform outputs #478

Messages from AWSpec indicate, that using resource ids from terraform outputs as unique identifiers for writing tests. Nevertheless, I found it tedious to find this option while searching for advice on AWSpec usage. Imho it should be stated in the README, so rookie users will find the information easily.
