AWSPEC tests 'Killed' when checking iam_role & iam_policy after 1.18.3 #499

Just commenting that after 1.18.3 the marker in requestParameters is blank and the tests would freeze when getting to iam_role and iam_policy. We reverted to 1.18.2 and the error no longer occurs.
