Added description about Viewpoints in README.md #507

Hi. I love tbls and appreciate your work on this.

I'm really thankful to the "Viewpoints" feature but there's no documentation about it.

I set viewpoints in my project base on the slide below and found its super powerful. So I want this feature of tbls to be used more widely. https://speakerdeck.com/k1low/phpconfuk-2023?slide=34

I drafted minimal description about Viewpoints but feel free to revise it. If you like it for now, of cause I'm happy with it.
