How to cite k2? #826

I wonder if you have any preference for how k2 should be cited in scientific papers (instead of just giving the link).

We don't have a paper yet, so as far as I am concerned just the github link is OK.

@danpovey, how about uploading the interspeech tutorial PDF to zenodo, get the DOI, and ask people to cite it for now?
