Scroll page with Ctrl+e and Ctrl+y #36

In VIM I'm don't use J and K to scroll the page. I use Ctrl+e/y which is the correct way to scroll the page. I know is easier to use J/K in ViChrome, but I always press Ctrl+e/y because of VIM. I don't know if this will be really used, but, this is part of VIM and I think it should be in ViChrome too.

thanks for your request. Can you remove .gitignore changes? I think it's irrelevant to the feature you requested.

yes, for the feature it's irrelevant, but for the project no. ViChrome, nothing makes more sense than add the type of VIM's temporary files into gitignore, no ? I put all together here, because I don't think this gitignore is a case of pull request.

But, if you still really want me to remove.. tell me.
