Feature patch to add MIDI support for teensy boards. USB Type "Serial

Midi" needs to be chosen in the Teensyduino IDE. This is a forard port of DL3LSM's code found here: https://github.com/DL3LSM/k3ng_cw_keyer_midi_teensy Tested CW sending with quisk - https://james.ahlstrom.name/quisk/
