k3 leaving remnants of hanging unkillable containers

Node(s) CPU architecture, OS, and Version: OSX, macbook pro 2023

Cluster Configuration:

• using colima osx and minikube

Describe the bug:

• few docker process cannot be killed, it keeps getting respawned:

You're using colima and minikube, what does this have to do with k3s? Why did you open an issue here if you're not using this project?
