Move hard-coded values to a property file #27

Now the program is getting a little bigger and also I'm planning on moving the system to Amazon EC2. There are hard coded values scattered around in the code, which makes the system not portable. They should be moved to a property file.

Sorta done. There are still some, but not too bad.
